ModernSTL hosts its 2025 Fall Home Tour on Saturday, October 11, from 1 to 6 p.m. in the historic Ridgewood subdivision of Crestwood. Designed by architect Ralph Fournier and built by developer Burton Duenke in the 1950s, Ridgewood is one of St. Louis’ most notable mid-century modern neighborhoods.
The self-guided driving and walking tour offers the chance to step inside several original ranch homes that showcase Fournier’s trademark design elements—clean lines, walls of glass, and indoor-outdoor living. Proceeds benefit the ModernSTL Preservation Fund, with a special effort underway to list Ridgewood on the National Register of Historic Places.
Tickets are $40 per person, with check-in at 1713 Liggett Drive or 1463 Trelane Avenue. A must for mid-century fans and anyone who loves St. Louis architecture. Purchase tickets HERE
