A Ladue home that I sold last year designed by Daniel Gale is going through a major transformation. The kitchen and carport have been removed and a tasteful additional is rising. A well-known contemporary architect is doing the renovation/addition and I am certain it will be stunning. I know purist may cringe at such a big transformation, though this will save the house and will make it better! The alternative could be that it was torn down for it’s large Ladue lot.
