I represented the buyer in the purchase of Simms house, designed by the esteemed firm of Bernoudy-Mutrux in 1952. Ted Christner doubled the size of the mid-century masterpiece in the early 90s keeping with the original architecture. The home features floor-to-ceiling windows that look onto the lush landscaping, patios & pool area. Vaulted ceilings with cove lighting and cypress wood paneling are hallmarks of this home. The richly colored original concrete floors in the Living Room have been restored.
