The 2015 Niche rankings on the nation's best public high schools have been released, and Clayton High School tops the list for Missouri.
Clayton received a grade of A+ from Niche in four categories, including academics, teachers, resources and facilities, and extracurriculars and activities.
Kirkwood Senior High School ranked as the second best public high school in the state. Eureka Senior High School came in at No. 3, followed by Ladue Horton Watkins High School at No. 4.

Niche, which also runs the College Prowler ranking site, graded the school districts in eight categories, with academics receiving the most weight in the rankings.
In the national rankings, Clayton High School came in at No. 82. High Technology High School in Lincroft, N.J., was ranked as the nation's No. 1 public high school.
