Last week I attended the Premier Agent Forum in Las Vegas at Caesar’s.
Zillow is the number #1 online resource for the real estate industry and I invest a significant amount of my monthly advertising budget on advertising and sponsoring zip codes on the site….this makes me a Premier Agent. Sponsoring zip codes on Zillow benefits my listing by increasing exposure. It also insures that I am the only agent pictured on the site with my listings. I don’t want Buyers to call other agents who do not know the fine features of my listings.
I thought it would be a good idea to find out the latest and greatest about Zillow & there were several exclusive opportunities offered the Premier Agents who attended the event. I especially liked the keynote speaker, Shawn Achor, who is the author of The Happiness Advantage. I am a pretty happy person in general, though now I have the goal to make other people happy!
Las Vegas never disappoints to amaze me…. with the amount of glitz, volume of people & fantastic restaurants. I don’t think you will ever see me going to Las Vegas for a vacation (though I did start a road trip there a few years ago)….though it is interesting to see every once in a while.
