Yesterday I had the Buyers who closed on 98 Aberdeen in Clayton MO. Aberdeen is one of the hottest streets in Clayton. Houses sell almost immediately and usually at close to full price. My Buyers are a young couple who just had their first baby! The husband loves the location since it is close to the Metrolink station so he can get down to BJC easily.
