The 3rd annual Ladue News Decorator's Show House is coming next month. The last two were at one of my listings- 15 Washington Terrace and the Bernoudy-designed Horan Estate in Town and Country. This year the Warner-Hall Team from Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty had their lovely listing at 23 Lenox Place selected. I can not wait to see what the designers do to this gem!
