My New Dining Room Chairs

[sciba leftsrc=”” leftlabel=”Before” rightsrc=”” rightlabel=”After” mode=”horizontal” width=””]

After 4 generations, my grandmother’s dining room table has new chairs!  It is almost sacrilegious to replace them, though the set of 12 dwindled to 6 with family members collapsing to the ground during gatherings. My mother used to have them cobbled together, though furniture repair people told her that they could not get fixed anymore. I still have the remaining ones left to use during large dinners, though I now have 6, sturdy new ones that more contemporary and comfy.

Designer David Deatherage helped me select the chairs and fabric at KDR. The chairs are from Century (Tempe design) and the fabric is Glant Sorrento Arancia.
