The Saint Louis Fashion Fund and Washington University in St. Louis are bringing fashion back to the spotlight this fall with their acclaimed “Speaking of Fashion” series. This year’s featured guest is Wes Gordon, Creative Director of Carolina Herrera, in conversation with St. Louis native and fashion journalist Derek Blasberg.
Gordon will share his insights on style, design, and leading one of the world’s most iconic fashion houses. He’ll also be honored with the Saint Louis Fashion Fund Award, joining an impressive list of past recipients including Michael Kors, Diane von Furstenberg, the late André Leon Talley, Dapper Dan, Iris Apfel, and Karlie Kloss.
The event takes place on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at Graham Chapel, WashU. The conversation runs from 5–6 PM, followed by an exclusive sponsor and patron reception with Gordon at Whittemore House.
