Where to View Fireworks This 4th of July

Fair St. Louis
“America’s Biggest Birthday Party” is back at the newly renovated Arch grounds. The three-day event includes performances from the St. Louis Symphony, Jason Derulo, Andy Grammer, and Martina McBride. July 4, 6, 7. Gateway Arch National Park.

Heritage & Freedom Fest
Before you find a good spot to watch the fireworks, enjoy some free concerts and ride the carnival rides at this classic summer bash in O’Fallon, Missouri. This year, Heritage & Freedom Fest will feature artists Tarra Layne, Jerrod Niemann, Stir, and Daughtry. Family Day is July 2 with carnival rides and food and beverage vendors on a lively midway; fireworks will take place July 3 at 10:15 p.m. and July 4 at 9:30 p.m. July 2–4. Ozzie Smith Sports Complex, O’Fallon, Missouri.

Lumière Place Casino & Hotels
At this prime fireworks-watching spot, take a break from the slot machines, and watch as the rockets explode over the Mississippi River. The fireworks will be set off from a barge on the river near Laclede’s Landing. 9:30 p.m. July 1. 314-881-5759.

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis
Enjoy the finer things this holiday with an unlimited gourmet buffet, sangria, festive cocktails, and local craft beers. There will also be a DJ spinning and perfect views of the fireworks. July 4 Fest
For five nights, enjoy fireworks and festive foods at Six Flags St. Louis. (Save up to $21 when you purchase tickets online.) Make sure to bring a can of Coca-Cola and arrive an hour early to get those exclusive ride times. June 30–July 4. Six Flags St. Louis.
