Built in 1969, this home is cool on the outside and just needs a little updating on the inside. Priced at $350,000 and on 1.5 acres…..it looks like a nice opportunity.

Liking it, though I wonder about indoor pools that size… water aerobics? Certainly not swimming as it looks like 2 strokes would get you from one end to the other.
And it appears Jake Zimmerman agrees that it’s a great opportunity. County assessor’s office gives it a $7811 tax bill while 3 other homes on the same street are currently for sale listed at $309,900, $369,000 (originally $469,000), and $524,900 (100 more sqft than this one but half an acre less land) showing taxes of $4325, $5475, and $6576 respectively.
We all know that now people communicate and talk to local and method more and more, more and more advanced, for example micro-blog, send a voice message and so on, but in the forums and blogs around is always my interest, always has could not say the new things.
Wow, $350,000 would be a reasonable price, considering the superb amenities which include an indoor pool. Yeah, it may require more maintenance, but that is of little concern when you look at the big picture. I wonder if anyone has already bought this house.
