Two Sundays ago I went to the Charles Erwin King Retrospective hosted by the Belleville Historical Society. Charles King designed dozens of mid-century delights over and Illinois and a few right here in St. Louis….including 63 Graybridge Lane in Ladue. After looking at the exhibit, I was invited to a reception at a home designed by King. Fabulous! There is a King home on the market now over in Belleville. Check it out HERE.
Here are some pics from the reception:
This is a pavilion that was added later and not of King design….though very cool!
Here is the house on Graybridge in Ladue.
The Belleville Historical Society is organizing a Charles E. King house tour on May 11, 2013.
