Interviewing a Couch

I am interviewing a couch for my Living Room. This is a Dunbar Sofa by Edward Wormley.  I would have Custom Furniture Works refurbish it and upholster it in a more neutral tone. The second picture is of one on First Dibs that has been redone. I like the single bottom cushion. What do you think?

The bookshelf has panels that you can slide in to hang art or just create a break.  I am going to have them refaced with a fabric.

I really love the look of single cushion couches and have had one, but I think they tend to sag more easily. At least with two or three cushion couches you can flip them and rearrange a little easier and hopefully make all of the cushions last a little longer.
