Grilled Golden Beets

Last night I grilled some golden beets and they were outstanding….smoky, nutty favor….you have to try it!  I seasoned them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, fresh rosemary and Herbs de Provence. You can find golden beets at Whole Foods.
