After the house was under contract, Ted and his team made the steps to closing painless with weekly checklists and going out of their way to answer all my questions and coordinate with inspectors and even previous maintainers of the house. I was really happy with my experience with Ted, his responsiveness is the best I have experienced from a realtor, and without his knowledge and expertise in the area, I do not believe we would have gotten the house.
