Yesterday my listing located at 38 Aberdeen in Clayton closed. This really was the perfect Clayton home for a family! I love the Hillcrest neighborhood….close to Forest Park, lots of kids, walk to school and interesting neighbors. I wish I had a dozen homes like this to sell this Spring!
