Today my listing located at 7200 Stanford in University City closed. This property was on the market for 6 months last year and did not sell when listed with another agent. I put it on earlier this year and it went under contract on the 1st day! Was it me or just a stronger market??? Maybe both! We did do some staging and decorating consultation.
