Ted, what a great video! I love how you introduce the property at the beginning and then you give a commentary throughout the tour (very helpful for a buyer). LOVE IT. It would also help to start the recording standing out on the street, introducing the property and the location, so buyer can see the house from the outside, its position on the lot, nearby houses and overall street view, then going inside (exactly what you did here) and then finish off in the backyard. That way a buyer can get a complex look at the property
