FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT HOUSE IN EBSWORTH PARK BENEFIT PARTY
AT THE FUTURE NATIONAL BUILDING ARTS CENTER

The Frank Lloyd Wright House in Ebsworth Park will celebrate Frank Lloyd Wright's 146th birthday at a fascinating venue located only a five-minute drive from downtown St. Louis in Sauget, Illinois.  The National Building Arts Center houses the country's largest collection of architectural artifacts.  This is a very special opportunity to see the restoration-in-progress of the former Sterling Steel Casting Foundry, home of the future museum, and to view the trove of beautiful building fragments — ornamental brick, terra cotta, metalwork, stone, hardware and more — saved from St. Louis landmarks and buildings around the country.  Guests will enjoy early jazz and swing music performed by Miss Jubilee and the Humdingers and savor a menu of international street food, beer and wine, gelato, and cake in honor of Mr. Wright’s birthday.

The party is a benefit to raise funds for projects and programs of The Frank Lloyd Wright House in Ebsworth Park, a non-profit organization formed to save, restore and maintain the house.  Individual tickets are $125.  To make a reservation, please call 314-822-8359 or e-mail [email protected]

  1. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is great blog. A great read. I will certainly be back.
