I was checking out Sauce Magazine's Blog and saw that the old Salt restaurant (on Lindell in the CWE) location was going to be opening again under the name- Nathalie's. Nathalie Pettus owns the "building and lot" and is the proprietor of Overlook Farm up in Clarksville, MO. I know it is going to be yummy and filled with local produce from lush Pike County. Did you know that she has green houses up near Overlook Farm and raises her own Tilapia?
