Stylish U-City Properties

6311 Washington, University City, Parkview

I went through this house with a client yesterday and thought this house was a winner. My clients liked it, though they want 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor….the 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the 3rd floor

Gorgeous, fully renovated home in sought after Parkview neighborhood. Tastefully remodeled but old charm remains. No expense spared. Slate front porch. Enchanting foyer. Large living room with moldings and plenty of natural light. Quartersawn oak hardwoods refinished. Exquisite dining room. Chandeliers throughout. Kitchen is breathtaking. Classical and modern. Open. Custom built, artistic columns to match original house structure. Danby marble counter-tops. Wet bar. Viking 36” gas range top. Cabinet-depth stainless refrigerator. Boshe dishwasher. Decor oven. The cabinets are hand-build Amish. Hand-made counter-bar from 100 yr. old wood studs. The master suite features a deluxe bathroom with marble shower. The third floor has been opened up adding 200 sq.ft. Craftsmanship detail rarely seen in renovation. Truly unbelievable. All new bathrooms. 2nd floor laundry. Master walk-in closet. Too many updates to list! MUST see. Close to restaurants, shopping, and Wash U.

  1. The house is indeed grand! I wonder how much its selling price is. Were you able to convince your clients to buy the house already? If not, to finally be able to sell off the property, you can try highlighting the good points of the home and emphasize its justifiable price. But you have to be careful about offering an initial price; you also have to make room for probable haggling with the potential buyer. You should set a realistic price that a buyer will find attractive, but will not compromise the interest of the seller as well.
