I just got back from a trip to Puerto Vallarta to celebrate a friend’s 50th and New Year’s Eve. We stayed at our favorite resting place- Quinta Maria Cortez. They treat us so well, it is right on the beach and the food is spectacular! Usually we go down with a group at the end of January, though this year we had the treat of seeing the New Year’s fireworks. What a spectacle seeing them go off up and down the coast.
